New to ECF, Hello All!

Hello Everyone!

As the title says, I'm new to ECF. I'm basically here to research E-Cigs to see which one would be best suitable for me.


Before I joined I was looking into BluCigs, but who knows what kind of info I'll come across here.

Welcome aboard, and any ecig that gets you off the cigarettes is a good one! I started out with a kit, wouldn't recommend it, lol returned it two days later, freedom smokeless I think it was called. Went to the Ego-t then the ego-c. There is a lot of info here, and many helpful people, don't be afraid to ask any question about something you may need clarified, trust me no question is too dumb to ask, I know cause I've asked a few dumb ones LOL.

The blu does not have a very good reputation. batteries only last an hour, and everything is expensive. I started with it and ended up returning it because of the battery life issue and burning cartos

If you are looking for a good cig look a like, the volt from smokeless image is the most recommended on here. They are much cheaper than blu and ave a superior product. The cartos last a long time and can be refilled several times. batteries last between 2 1/2-4 hours depending on how you vape. Their customer service is second to none. They also have great promos and coupons.

my ego 650 batts last me a day a half, but the ego 18650 mod should last even longer, however it is alot bigger. I like the ego cause it looks like a pen and you can carry it anywhere and people don't even notice it. good luck

First welcome to ECF. This is definitely the place you want to come to find out more. I'll second the vote against blu. I just ordered a volt package yesterday and have had numerous reputable people stand behind it. I first went with an ego type system and thankful for it but wanted something a little more portable.

Welcome! I have to throw in another vote for the EGO. Cig-look-alikes have gotten a LOT better but still, IMO, can't compare to the EGO's and other mods. I've tried boge carts, tanks, tank atomizers, and a few other carto/atomizers and highly recommend the 'Stardust' Clearomizers. Good vape, hassle free, but a little on the spendy side (I pay $7/each).

The only other thing I'd say is be careful not to overwhelm yourself. If you spend a solid day reading the forums, learning, comparing and analyzing you'll just go to bed with a migraine and no decision made. Check the yellow pages for a local vape shop, they're springing up all over. See if you can go there and try out what they have and let them guide you. A shop went up 5 minutes from my house and those guys are just awesome!
