Hello everyone, just wanted to post a little intro.

My names Ken, 25 years old, from eastern PA. I was a PAD menthol analog smoker for about 9-10 years. I tried e-cigs and vaping about a year ago when I had picked up a Revolver Elite kit, it helped me get away from analogs but not completely and I caved. I ended up going back up to a PAD of analogs and gave my Elite kit away to a friend.
I've just been feeling like crap lately, and the analogs just weren't appealing to me anymore. It got to the point I was putting them out about halfway and asking myself; "Why in the hell am I smoking this trash"? I decided there was no better time then now to get back into vaping and pick up a good E-cig.

I ended up buying a Revolver G2 (510) kit, and so far It's been a success..haven't had a analog in 2 days. I never in a million years would have thought such a simple piece of equipment would do such positive things, I think this 510 just saved my life.

hello Ken.

I tried cheap 7-11 ecigs from the states and was very discouraged. After some research and time digging through ECF and watching random youtube reviews/tutorials, I have found something I am happy with. I'm glad to hear you are trying again. Best I can suggest is stick to your guns, and research, research, research. Good luck finding your sweet spot!

Welcome to ECF, Ken. Even if you backslide and smoke a few cigs, you are helping yourself by reducing the numbers you smoke. If you just have to have a few a day, don't worry about it. Vape and let the ecig eventually take away the rest. It's a common occurrence around here for people to lose most of them when they start to vape and later lose the rest.

You will eventually decide that you don't need them. Quitting 4 or 5 a day is easier than quitting 20 or 40 cold turkey. Quitting in steps is really a smart thing.

Depends on way ur quitting. That being ecig ur right tho, hopefully. :) As ive been smoking 2-4 cigs for long now, from old 15-20, and now (because of financial reasons) i decided not to buy any more packs, and have 2 left in mines now. But I wouldve also needed few AWs... and another c twist... and Odysseus/Penelope..... :D

Greetings from Canada! Welcome to ECF!

I started with "small batts" and they got me to 2-4 smokes a day. When I got the 1100mah pass-through battery and some Star Dusts they blew away those last few! It's amazing how different gear can make such a difference!

I reminded myself to Vape each morning before I had a smoke, and I never did have a smoke since.

Vape first, ask questions Later!

Hi friends,

I'm from St. Petersburg, Russia. I smoked analogs of more than 25 years. In early April, a friend gave me to try an electronic cigarette. And I quit smoking cigarettes on the same day. It was a great discovery for me! Since then I do not smoke and I feel great. I regret only one thing. Why did not I done this before? :)
