Hey all, an avid 'cloud connoisseur' and coil builder here. My equipment is sub-par and not anything to drool over, but I've had more than one person be wowwed by the cloud.
I already put most of my info and hardware in my profile, just trying to meet more of the vapor world, learn what I can and share the knowledge already attained (mainly through trial and error, as I'm not the most outgoing person, and battle anxiety with most interaction that consists of meeting someone-)

ANYWHO
I'm going to work on this Kennedy some more, hope to be able to answer your questions and get insite from you guys soon!

Often its not the equipment, its the user that makes their vape excel. As I tell my sister in law, a $200 metal tube with a $100 dripper doesnt mean a damn thing when you cant wrap a decent coil.

So you too have "wowwed with the cloud" haha. I will get authentic things, as long as the regulations don't hit too hard, hopefully I can get my foot in the door to work at a shop.. Maybe get discounts? Lol I could ALWAYS just enter a cloud comp I guess.. Never been though, not my thing to offer reason for confrontation..

My only objection to the clones, are ones like...

Strictly RDA anymore, usually dual coil, occasionally I'll wrap a Clapton myself if I'm feeling special, haven't gotten too far on that coilporn list though.. Some of those are just .. Wow lol
Ya some of them are pretty nice. I have never used an RDA before but have a velocity clone on its way from fasttech. Also an ipv3 li so I am excited to try it out.

I recently saw an 'el diablo mephisto' and want to acquire one to build on, I usually look for out of the ordinary airflow and build accordingly, all of my drippers aside from the mutation v3, and the Baal have completely different airflow, I like to keep it fresh.. Lol

ashtrayogdc, this was supposed to quote you, I'll sick to reply for now lol

Goblin V2, one of the best tanks out there.
Is it hard to build RBAs? What I understand about them, is usually micro coils are req'd and there's not much deck space, is this a problem even? I have always been a dripper as that's what I first used when I got a cloud but if these tanks are getting just as hot anymore... Sure would be nice to not have to flip my cap or pull the whole cover off my dripper..

Welcome Jake! Nothing against clones for sure, but I almost blew my face off with the Kennedy competition of mine. Of course people on here automatically assumed it was my fault (go figure) Nope there was a defect in the cap that caused the coils to short against the cap. A guy just has to be careful about who is making the clones. Once I found the problem and fixed it then no more troubles from the Kennedy.
