Hey. I started vaping almost 2 years ago now, and it has worked wonders for me. I definitely have more to learn whenever I decide to delve into coil-building, rda's and mech mods, but for now I'm sticking with a box mod and tank setup. Recently I had to switch over to the Nano One kit by Smok, and I finally picked up a battery for it today. I really love all the options to finetune and customize it. However, I'm having a lot of trouble opening the top of the tank-- right below the cap where it's supposed to pivot and reveal a small hole to fill it with juice. I've seen plenty of people open it with ease in their review videos, but I've been trying to pry it open for like an hour now and have had no success, so now I'm wondering if it's a defect or something. I feel like such a dumbass, hahah. Has this happened to anyone else?

I had the same problem with my mini. The secret on mine was to grab it at the drip tip and them pivot the top open. If you grap it at the top of the tank it is just about impossible to get it open. Hopr this helps.
