Hello from NW Iowa. Been vaping since Nov 2013 and haven't touched a stinky cig since. Currently using a generic ego-style battery with an also generic CE4 clearo. It works but I'm ready to jump to something a little more powerful without too much maintenance...definitely not ready for rebuildables but I'm seriously thinking about a mod of some sort that I can use a Protank with. The Smoktech magneto and magnet bolt and the joyetech evic keep jumping out at me. Anyone have any advice for me?

I started with an eRoll back in January; it got me to quit smoking, but I wanted more flavor, more adaptability -- I got the iTaste vv3, which lets you adjust either the voltage or the wattage, whichever you like. It's got both eGo and 510 threading, and it's not expensive at all -- I don't recommend the iClear16 clearos that come with the full starter kit, they're just awful. The express kit (just the iTaste and charger) is a better bet. It's only $36.95 at MyFreedomSmokes - Innokin iTaste VV Express Kit -- but you may be able to find an even better price, eBay or something.

I'm not kidding in the least, though, this thing is GREAT.

Here you go -- if you already have a charger that has a micro-USB cable, you can get JUST the iTaste vv3 battery part, for a much better price -- $25.95 at Desert Vapes.

I'm planning on getting one of those myself, as a spare, since I already have a charger.
