Go to you tube and search for e-cig reviews. Check out what the reviewers are saying about each product. If you're a regular smoker, don't go cheap on your first set. Try to get something as close as possible to smoking stink sticks so you won't be tempted to go back to them.

Search on the forums for a good first kit. Good luck.

Read this great intro The Wonderful World of Vaping thoroughly before you make any purchasing decisions. It'll give you a good overview of the options.

I would go with a model that is more popular on the forum than the Njoy. I personally think the Joye510 or the KR808d-1 (also known as the Vapor King) are great places to start. You can easily get started for $65 with a kit and some juice or cartridges. Look at the suppliers' subforums and websites, and shop around.

(For starter kits, personally I think you can't go wrong with Cignot.com for the cheapest 510 kit, or Vapor4Life.com for the biggest selection of KR808d-1 cartridges and kits, or Nhaler.com for 510 and KR808d-1 parts and amazing juice. Throw in some juice samples to try different flavors and nic levels, and you've got a starter kit. But that's just my opinion.)

Note: on the 30ml eliquid bottles, I'd say it should last you between two weeks and a month, most people go through 1-3mls a day. But I would start with smaller bottles of 5-10mls instead because you want to try different flavors - you don't want to get stuck with a 30ml bottle of something that tastes nasty to you!

Welcome! Doing a bit of research here saves a lot of annoyance and money later, I found. :)

No one can tell for sure how long 30ml will last someone individually, as everyone's vaping habits are different.
Be conservative, as running out of juice is a major "no-no", and a pitfall to running back to analogs.

I would say conservatively, 30ml bottle of ejuice should last 10-12 days. You will probably get more days, but don't chance it. I always have at least 50ml of extra juice on hand, and always ready to order more. You can't put a price on your health gains, compared to smoking analogs!

I smoked a pack-a-day of Marlboro Mediums, and I go through 2-3ml of juice per day. Somewhere between 1-3 seems to be about average, though I have seen some people say they use much more.

The Joye 510 and the KR808D-1 are probably the most popular models for a newbie. I have a Vapor King from Vapor4Life, which is a private-labeled KR808D-1, and I have been delighted with it. It is a very simple 2-piece design, very straightforward to use, and has very good battery life.

I would recommend reading the Wonderful World of Vapiing thread that is sticked at the top of the forum - it describes many of the different models available and just about any other aspect of e-cigarettes you can imagine.

If you want prefilled carts I would get the KR808d they cost more but you have to fill them less. If you want to fill your own which cost less and I personally like I would get a Joye 510. There is a lot to consider when buying an ecig like size, batt life, throat hit, and personal prefrences. There is a lot to learn and try but for me its fun. I was a pack and a half guy and I use about 1 to 1.5 ml of juice a day.
