I just bought a vision spinner 510 and a bdc aspire cartomizer and I constantly have problems with having to suck on it hard just to get some good vapor I just bought a new coil yesterday and the same things happening and advice

Try loosening it a little. The tank should be *just* finger tight. If you tighten it really well you can compress the firing pin on your battery and block airflow on tanks styled to draw airflow through the stem. This tank is designed to prevent an airy draw - so it can have a tighter draw than you are used to - but it shouldn't be like trying to suck a milkshake through a straw either.

It depends on your palate, your eliquid, the voltage you use and how much you vape. So it varies widely. Some people say they replace them every week. I took two months to swap my first, but I certainly noticed the difference.

Typical coils will last you on average a week to 2 weeks. Change them as soon as you get burny tasting hits.

And what flavors do you normally like? Creamy, desserts, tobaccos, fruity?

The coils 'last' until you don't like the vape coming from them any more (usually either bad or significantly muted flavour). They don't generally pop and stop working. This means you are in charge of when to change them out, guided by your own tolerance for the vape.

Some folks swap the coil unit every second tank fill-up, others do it weekly as a habit, some others claim they can go for a month before making a change.

Things affecting the useful life of the coil unit include juice thickness (high VG juices tend to gunk up the coils faster), juice sweetness (ditto for sweeter juices), and frequency and duration of vaping sessions. That's a lot of things to consider, I know, so best just to swap out a coil unit when you're unhappy with the vape quality compared to when you first put that unit in.

it depends what you like to eat,drink,snack on etc.

theres all sorts of flavors out there for all kinds of different taste pallets. just have to search around sites for what fancies your taste

well I like fruity kinds so far but im open to suggestions and I tend to vape a lot I go through about a tank to 2 tankfuls a day should I slow down or dos it matter

Probably just an air flow issue with your carto sitting too flush to your battery.

You can rinse it with water, try to shake water in there. If it seems like the flavor is sticking I've heard of people using alcohol to clean it/or soak it over night then letting it dry out.

I use zeus juice. They have an orange tic tac flavor and gummy bears and the stripe gum. I'm a kid at heart haha. I have the same set up you do. I've noticed flavors will vary. At 4.8 my chocolate taste like it's been on the stove top for 6 hours :/ not good at all. But then at 4.6 my gummy bear is superb

YouTube has some great videos on cleaning tanks. Vaping that much could be a little bad if you are vaping a high nicotine level it could make you nauseous but that varies from person to person. as for as flavors go there are so many out there that i suggest you get a sample pack so that you can try a few for a cheaper price.
