Brooke, I think before you buy something, you should read this:

The ECF Library - E-Cigarette Forum

There is a 6 part series called the Wonderful World of vaping. I suggest taking an evening and reading up on all the different types of PVs. Without this knowledge its like asking someone "I want to buy a car, what should I get?" If you are very anxious to get something, I also recommend a 510 starter kit + PCC + some juices of various strengths and flavors. You will be happy and it will get you learning. All PVs have a serious learning curve, and not all PVs are alike at all. Even the "best" ones take time to learn how to make them work well.

Most important piece of advice: before you buy something, ask us about it first! So many start out by getting taken by fancy ads and ridiculous claims. Forget about how many analogs are the same as a cart. Its never even close to accurate, and the comparison cannot really be made easily. If an ad is claiming something like one cart is 1.5 packs, run!! Its a lie! Ask us first, please! At the very least, choose a vendor listed on the ECF home page...they are all good and reputable. Its a jungle out there, and there are so many companies that will rob desperate smokers that want to quit NOW. Slow down, take in the information, learn.

good luck!! :)

Good choice Brooke, I like mine alot! $ are tight with me also so I've kept it simple and just tried to kick the butts first! V4L will treat you right and at first they work well as a one stop shop. Their cart-sample packs, juice at $3/5ml per bottle and crazy amount of flavors is a great way to break into the vapeing thing until you figure it all out. You will find out real soon about all the other great liquid suppliers etc.

If you haven't already ,check out the v4l subforum.
have fun and good luck.

I have found that tight budgets are not the new E-cig smokers best friend. there is a lot of cheap stuff out there.... most of it is just that... cheap... I would put the few extra dollars into it and do the research. yours doesnt have to be the best but read reviews to make sure that model is not prone to leaks, battery or charger failure or other problems that are prevalent in cheaper models.
