you can also try fasttech.com, they have a lot of good things there and the prices are great, i just got the vamo v.5 vv/vw from them for only $28 and it works great. there shipping time isn't the greatest but it only took 11 days to get my vamo, they have a lot of clones there also that are very cheap, free shipping and no taxes, you could easily get a good setup for under $40.
I think a VV ... maybe a Spinner II or start with what I did the info from a Forum Thread ... still using it and at a VERY reasonable price, Stellar Customer Service and QUICK Shipping:

I get 2-5 email daily from folks who desperately want to quit smoking and try vaping. Most of them tell me they dont want to get anything too expensive or too complicated. In the past Ive steered people towards KR808 batts and cartos because of their cigarette familiarity. But not anymore. I picked up one of these kits for a future video and WoW!
