Hi ALL,

I am so glad to have found this forum. I just ordered a joye 510 starter kit. I am not sure if you are allowed to put where you purchased this from. I am so impressed. I ordered it Friday and received it on Tuesday. I shopped around and got a great deal - $39.99. When I first used this, the taste seemed weird. It seems to taste better now that I have used it for 2 days. My problem now is that I seem to be constantly vaping. Is this normal to begin with? I still feel like I want a cig after I eat. I smoked the last of my analogs yesterday. Only had 5 analogs yesterday. Normally smoke a pack a day. I'm trying hard not to go to the store and get a pack. Have smoked for 20+ years Can anyone tell me what juice is closest to the taste of a regular cigarette (non-menthol)?

First off, welcome to ecf! And yes that is very normal to vape the hell out of your device when you are just getting started. One thing I noticed when I got started was my ecig was welded to my face all day, especially when I quit real cigs all together. I ended up getting a little bit of a bigger ecig with a little higher nicotine juice. Problem solved. As far as taste goes, that's a good question that people ask all the time. I myself like 555 from puresmoker. It has always kept me happy. Cas tab(Turkish American Blend) from puresmoker is great as well. But there are so many different companies that have different flavors that you would probably be best to just buy a couple and see what you think. Hope this helps, and good luck!

Hang in there! Its pretty normal what you are going through. The first suggestion i would make is to up your nicotine level if you still have cravings.

My second suggestion would be to get onto a juice supplier and order some tobacco samplers. Personally i like ry4 and wyatt earp (24mg) from freedomesmokes usa. I also enjoy Boba's bounty from alien vision.

Taste is a subjective thing though and you will find a lot of preferences on the forum.

Also try some other flavours,candy or baking or mixed drinks. You may be surprised how much you enjoy those.

Main thing though is to stick with it babydoll and try upping your nic level for a while.

Thanks for the quick responses. Love this site. I am using 16mg(marlboro flvr juice). Should I up it to 24mg? Maybe this just takes getting used to, but I want an analog so bad. Have not had one today. Is it realistic not to smoke an analog after only vaping for 1 1/2 days?

24mg should do you fine. If you have not had analog after just vaping for that short a period you are doing great. Another word of advice, be ready! Have a back up device, and extra parts at the ready just in case. Nothing sucks more than doing great with not smoking and then having a total gear failure. Maybe check out an ego, or any of the different new ecigs they have now. BE READY!

your doin great, when i started vaping it took me a while to get off analogs but I did once I upped my nic to 24 and 36 hang in there it will work for you too. I smoked 2 packs a day for 10 years +
