Hello vaping community. This is my first ever forum but I've been vaping religiously for almost 4 years and haven't had a cigarette in about 5 years. I started on disposables and the pre-filled cartridges, then moved on to the pen devices. I just purchased my first mod recently from Vista Vapors. I got an Eleaf 60 Watt with a Herakles tank. Already I'm having issues with the tank leaking and it's been a nightmare going back and forth with their customer service people. I used their Vista Nova pens previously and had problems with that tank leaking which is why I felt I needed to move on to a mod device. I couldn't return the Nova pens because I didn't have these issues until after the 14 days and the guy said he would give me store credit and recommended the Eleaf and Herakles tank but still tried to get me to pay full price until I said I would take my business elsewhere and then finally gave me the store credit he promised me in the first place. I told him repeatedly that all I really want is a tank that is leak proof and a device that gives consistent and flavorful hits over the long term, not just a month, 2 months, or 6 months. Any suggestions from experienced mod vapers on quality tanks and devices and what sites and liquids you use would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
