I am ok for stuff from Uk and Eu but Usa can be a prob sometimes, I bought some stuff From stormy vaporcellar and she was very helpfull, but Paypal does not like e cigs,have you tried some of the uk sellers some take paypal and free worldwide shipping as well, hope this helps
