YouTube. Seriously, it is super easy to make coils and install them on the Kanger RBA.
The only issue is that the deck is tiny as are the screws. But if you are installing new prerolled coils anyways, all you are doing is adding the step of rolling a bit of wire around the little screwdriver that came with the kit or a drill bit.
If you are set on ordering premade coils, Fasttech is cheap but you can get them at most online vape companies. Same with cotton. I like Cotton Bacon personally.

It's actually pretty easy to build coils. I've been doing it for years. There's a learning curve, but it goes by quickly.
Good luck, and welcome to vaping on a lot smaller budget! Rebuilding can be a little tricky the first time around, but don't get discouraged, the results are well worth it.
Once you've got some practice under your belt, I'd check out Amazon for supplies; you can get enough Japanese organic cotton and kanthal wire to last a lifetime for about $20.
