I seem to keep reading more and more than many people end up migrating to the cartomizers. I didn't originally think this was the best bet, but I do have one and I do see the value in it. I think the combo of the drink tank + cartomizer may be the route I end up going.

Yeah ... I think I want to find another eGo-C (i think?), ~1000mAh battery, drip tank, and a few cartomizers + a case to handle it all. Slowly but surely I'm honing in on this ...
