Hi,

Just thought I'd pop in this area and say hello to you all before i make any other posts!!

I used to smoke 10-15 a day for 5 years. I'm from the UK and started off vaping with a cheap e-cigarette starter kit (which was massive, and held the e-liquid in a cotton wool bit at the end of the mouthpiece!!). Didn't enjoy it, as i thought I'd be hardcore and ordered the 36mg liquid.... needless to say i wasn't too impressed, so went back to smoking for a bit!

Cigarettes just always made me feel so nasty though, and it's horribly unhealthy! Was going to a place with people for a month where they were all non smokers, so figured I didn't want to smoke around them, so laid out £50 to get a much nicer joyetech E-roll, with 11mg liquid.... and been loving it ever since!! Great vapour... lovely looks.... great taste (have tried many flavours, but got a soft spot for Cola!), so I've been vaping for a good 5 months now, and haven't looked back! Very cost effective too!!

But yeah, that's just my back story, and on top of that a big hello to you all!

--------

SO, to the questions :

1) Is it okay to wash the atomizer (metal part) with water? as long as you dry it out afterwards, as recently i get a lot of brown residue collecting in the tank that i've read is caused by sludge building up on the head

2) I taste plastic a fair amount, if i'm vaping for too long, or if it's low on liquid, the tanks aren't melting to the eye, so nothing big, but it's a bit worrying, is that OK/normal? is there any way to minimize it?

3) I have 2 identical e-roll cigs, one tokes a lot easier than the other, it wasn't like this to start and i have thoroughly cleaned all the parts i can. The last part i could think would be a small blockage in the air-hole on the battery part itself, or perhaps inside the atomizer itself. Any ideas on how that could be solved?

-----

Thanks!

Hello. I just washed my attamizer in hot water. Dabbled it with a paper towel. Blew through it a few times then hooked it to the battery and gave it a couple of quick dry hits with the button to dry it. I wasn't getting a good draw before I did this. Go to you tube there's some videos on it.

Magic, will give that a try later tonight! Am sick of nearly going blue in the face trying to draw on this one! Hopefully that will solve the sludgey issue too! Will have a look on youtube! Atomizers have always confused me, so i was just apprehensive about washing it as i dont have a clue what is inside of them!!
