New to the forum! Just want to say hi from MN

Hey all, I am new here (to the forum that is) I am current up in Bemidji, MN and just wanted to see if there are more MN folks around here! I am down with everyone else too...but you know wanna connect with some locals! Not sure if anyone heard but Beltrami county passed new regulations that put the same restrictions on E-cigs as other tobacco products, except we can still sample 0MG juice, Ironically they admitted there was no way to regulate or enforce this measure, so not sure if they can completely ban vaping in shops due to loopholes! I still feel bad for my Duluth comrades who have a complete ban on public vaping! Any other e-cig news in MN?


P.S. it is also not criminal to carry devices anymore like they originally proposed! This is all thanks to being proactive and standing together!

hi jake,
fortunately saint paul and minneapolis still let the business owners decide.
i dont think that will last long though.as soon as they figure out how much more grant
money they can get through the provisions in the clean indoor act they'll be right there
protecting the children.
one ray of hope is a lot of the new B&M shops are popping up int the more
gentrified areas of town,and business is booming.if ecigs can make it in liberal lakes
they can make it anywhere.

Haha, I totally understand "liberal lakes" I used to live in Minneapolis, I actually got started with an ego kit from my buddy in Minneapolis. My folks live in Andover and I noticed a lot of shops down there are having to claim that e-cigs are not used for quitting smoking. Not sure if that is something that was done by the county or not. Any who thank you!

LOL I think I have had poutine once in my life...its good...but e-juice form scares me!
