you should get a wall-plug...most times it's not wise to charge from the computer.
also, I would get 2 batteries, you will need back up

Do yourself a solid and honest favor, drop the vision spinner drop the charger and look for an MVP. Around the same price. So much bigger battery, chargers included. I think in the end you will send me a pm saying thank you. It's an overall much better mod that's around the same price range. You're gonna enjoy vaping and will think you need to upgrade right away because you have a vision spinner. Get an MVP.
oops @connor i didnt see your message. where can i get one of those mvps.... and would it be ok to start off with what i had in my cart.
keep in mind it would be my first time vaping so all im asking is do i have everything i need in my cart ?.. im going to change the charger like the person above said.. i think im fine as long as it works. so this thing is dual coil which means i need 2 coils to change it ?
Indoorsmokers channel on YouTube was a great way to get a quick education before jumping in. The reason I'm saying this is because I bought a vision spinner (absolutely loved it to answer if what you have is good) but within a week I was saying to myself I know there's better out there. I'm enjoying vaping now what can it be?! Haha. But head over to this website and check these two mods out. Both excellent. Where to get them, I can google and get back to you but either one of these are my recommendation and I've found those who get them enjoy the .... outta them without the feeling of needing an upgrade (right away at least).

You do have everything, yes. You don't need to change the charger just get a wall adapter, or if you've gotten a couple iPhones and have the extra wall accessory that works too. And no dual coil means that within that image you are picturing as the coil there is two coils wrapped around the wicks, all within that one "coil" you are shown.

You're right. That's FT's shopping cart. And, that's FT's Spinner Style battery. IOW not a Vision Spinner, just Spinner style. Which is fine if that's what you want.
