So, I relapsed pretty bad about 6 months ago and am slowly getting back into vaping. When I relapsed I completely fell out of the loop. So I ask, what have I missed in the last 6 months? Anything new and exciting out there? Last thing I remember was the kayfun/Russian's were the go to rta. Someone please catch me up.

Good luck friend
I can never go back to smoking , if I do I will never quit them .

That is where I am hoping to get. I think when I started Vaping I dove in too hard and too fast. Within the first 4 months I went from a generic ego style to a russian 91% and hana DNA 30. probably should have moved a little slower but I was definitely excited.

Really little has changed. eGo is still the starter kit. Protanks and Nautilus Mini are still sold to go on top of the eGo. Cartos aren't the go to atomizer solution anymore. What's changed is the low end of resistance and the air flow mods that allow high end wattage. Kayfun is still king in my book for rebuildable simplicity.

One of the newest mods is the Eleaf iStick. It's a rectangular box mod like the MVP that's about half the size with all the features, including a battery that lasts into the next day. It does 20 watts with the right resistance/voltage combo. They sell for under $50 and I've seen some advertised at $35.

YES

Since the board is the same size, some vendors are upgrading DNA 30 devices to DNA 40.

DNA 40 has temperature protection and it really is a big deal.

Well I guess I will email the manufacturer of mine and see if I can get an upgrade. Unfortunately it looks like my authorized dealer is no longer authorized lol.

The DNA40 is probably the biggest development. The Taifun GT is better than the Kayfun. Oh yeah, Cyberdyne Systems just released Skynet so that in addition to helping with our military, it can learn our vaping patterns and automatically update new DNA systems. We're all very excited about that. I think it's gonna lead to good things!
