Hi all,
thanks for having a wonderful forums where ive been reading these past few hours. I finally decided to switch after having someone let me try their blu e-cig. I liked it and I figured I would switch from analog smokes as a way to help me quit. I've been reading reviews on both and plenty of folks seem to dislike blu and praise halo g6 for us noobs. I would like some feedback from folks who might have tried both.
also:
When it comes to smoking analogs( as you guys call it) I vary. I smoke anywhere from a few a day to an entire pack(when out drinking). I can make a pack last me 2-3 days, but then theres a few days I got 1.5 a day (again when im drinking). When I was surfing the halos website, I was confused on the different mgs they have listed. I don't want to be more addicted, as that's my last goal. Ive been trying to figure out where to begin and would also appreciate feedback on this as well.
Thank you for your time folks
Congratulations making the decision to try and switch from stinkie smokes to vaping!!!! The biggest step is done; you've decided!
Now to answer your question directly; I've tries both and didn't like either. In all honesty the "cigalikes" as allot of us call them, didn't do anything for me.
The one that came the closest is something called the "eroll" or "mini". It's a kit similar to blu put out by a company called joyetech.

Tr upside to the eroll is they the atomizer(heating element) can be changed out and the tank is easier than most the refill. You can also use ante juice in it you like. The downsides in my opinion are workable- here is a good in depth review on it.

I take the no mindset if not talking someone into or out of any certain type of equipment; and, I know most "vapors" on this forum, at least, don't care for the cigalikes much, I agree with them. The only one that did me any good was the eroll and i still grab it from time to time.
Before you invest any money in anything; if I may be so bold, do yourself a favor and do some research on everything that's out there. Do what you're doing now and ask a lot of questions. I made the switch in October and I didn't use the google machine; I didn't know about ECF and I had only one brick and mortar store, at the time, here in my area. And that place fleeced me. I went through 2 "cigalike" kits and 3 ego kits before I decided to use that cool internet thing and found what works for me.
I'm not saying that a "cigalike" is bad; not by any means. Everyone likes something different. And it's not anything about mine is better than yours. The goal for all of us is to stop giving money to Phillip Morris. My fiancé vaped on blus for almost a full year and loved them.
Best suggestion I can give anyone considering trying a blu, or some other cigalike would be to try it, get a couple of disposables to see what you think before you spend the money on a kit.
And if you have a vape shop in your area go in there and talk with them; see what else is out there before you make a decision.
Best of luck to you and congratulations again.
