Bought my first e-cig three weeks ago at a flea market on a trip to Florida a 510. Never really had any intention of quitting the analogs. Bought it more or less on a whim without any research. Was smoking pretty heavy about a pack to a pack and a half a day. Haven't lit an analog since that day. After week one I bought an ego-t. Really like the tank.

My question for you guys is this,
How long did it take for you to realize that your sense of taste and smell were returning to normal? I noticed today that I can pick out the smell of a smoker from about twenty feet!

No more morning cough is a nice perks as well!

Hey hey - nice one. You're getting your sense of smell working how it used to huh ? Great that you've kicked the analogs.

My taste came back good and strong after about a week. It started to get better after about 3 days but i'd say a week to come fully back.

No morning cough is excellent. I noticed again after a week that i wasn't wheezing in that twilight time between when you turn out the light and go to sleep. Well pleased about that.

After two weeks my strength was up. Power now surges to my muscles when i use them in my work (i'm a builder). It's awesome.

I think about a week. I was finding food to be extra delicious and briefly my hunger increased a lot. So we went to a good buffet and I pigged out. It was an Asian buffet and I think I had everything. AT one point I was eating these giant shrimp tails that I thought tasted a bit like lobster and I had melted butter up to my wrists. My fiance was finished his dessert and I was still eating shrimp tails. Haha

One thing that helped my sense of taste is within days after I started vaping instead of smoking, my sinuses cleared up for the first time in a decade. So I could really smell the food.

Welcome to the group.
I think that I began to get my "normal" senses back after about a week or so. The morning cough stopped after only 2 or 3 days, and it took about 1 week for me to be able to walk up the stairs without shortness of breath. The heart palpitations stopped within 2 days after my last cigarette.
Right now I am enjoying the fresh air smell that comes right after a big thunderstorm. I had forgotten how clean the air can smell.
