Hi guys. Tania here. I'm from Wales, 35yrs old and have been smoking rollies with tips for over 21 years. .. well .. I should change that to HAD ... next Wednesday I will have been completely smoke free for a whole month. The smell of smoke really disgusts me now. I gave up smoking when I bought my Smokers Angel Halo with bubblegum and fruit flavours and Aspire BDC tanks I'm still on 24mg nicotine but hoping to lower that soon. I havnt used any tobacco flavours send I don't intend to. Great to see so many vapers .. so pop by and say "hi" xx

Welcome and congrats on quitting WelshTan35! Yeah, I smoked 45 years and this is really the only thing that has worked so fast and easy. Don't worry about nicotine level for now, I do 18 or 24mg but it keeps me of smokes and I am sure there is a lot less garbage in vape smoke than in cigarette smoke.
So keep it up and happy vaping!

Welcome Tania, and congratulations on giving up smoking.

Don't feel pressured to reduce your nicotine before you're ready. The important thing is you're no longer inhaling all the damaging substances that come along with nicotine in a cigarette.

I found it much easier to reduce my nicotine than to make the initial switch from cigarettes. But everyone's different and you might find it helpful to keep a 24mg setup on hand to deal with any cravings when you first reduce.
