Well Again I hope this works for me. I have tried a couple of times to post with no success. Here goes. I am now officially calling myself a non-smoker.Yea for me! Thank you my beautiful sister for not giving up on me. I Love you soo much. Have not had a cigarette in almost a month. No more for this girl. vaping is soo much better and taste and smells good.

Sisters yay! Mine passed away when she was 38 many years ago. I wonder what she'd be doing these days. She smoked. Drank. I don't do either anymore. I'd like to think she would have made it! Good vaping to you
Welcome Tasha, great that you have already almost made it a month. I was so lucky to have found ECF and the great group of "older" folks vaping. They have helped me so much. This includes your wonderful sister - you are very lucky that you have her to help.
