Hi all, I joined this forum as I stumbled across it on google searching for solutions to my issues with using blu cigs. So far, I love the vaping expierience, however I'm having issues with my blu, which don't seem to be very popular around here anyways. The few things I do like about the blu are its size/weight and feel and the ease of drawing on it. My problems are with the inconsistincy with the vapor and flavor. Any recommendations out there for a newb to vaping on what brand to go with and where to order from? I was looking heavily at the M-402 as I saw alot of people saying it was better than the blu.

Hey Bulla! Found ecf the same way as me... doing research on a company that scammed me and ended up here.

May want to consider the 510 and the KR808D-1 as Mamacat advised. These two are the hands-down most popular models among members... and for good reason. Dependable, lots of accessories, and upgradeable as your needs change.

Welcome to ecf.

I had the advice yesterday to another member in your shoes:

I wouldn't recommend a 510 with cartridges to any new vaper, especially one that had troubles with the blu. Trust me my brother did this. Here is how I fixed his issues.

Cartridges are just a pain in the ..., and smokers are looking for the quick fix. The blu can use the 510 Cartomizers!! Get some and some juice to your liking and search YouTube on "How to fill Cartomizers". This will fix your issues without having to spend more than like $20.00 and what at most 5 minutes on youtube?

Then when you are analog free, saved some of your hard earned $$ from not wasting it on analogs, look into getting a better device for you and your husband.

Just my $0.02 - but the above info has helped many of my friends (6 or so) that bought blu products.

GL to ya, If i can do it, I am sure you can!

Vapor Kings - DSE801, DSE901, Joye510 and KR808D-1 e-Cigarette supplies should have all the gear you need. Plenty of discount coupons for them as well. I have no affiliation with them, I just bought their products that happened to lead me to quit smoking and taking my life back =D

Well since the July 4th holiday is coming up, I would suggest looking for a harware sale to purchase the eGo. The e-cig, in general, is a PITA, but it beats cigarettes. We all struggle along with maintenance counting our blessings that our lungs are going to heal after the severe thrashing we've subjected them to. And the best part is the ability to control our nicotine intake rather than the cigarette industry controlling it. Anyway, the eGo will last you at least 6 hrs of vaping. After you're loving that, check out the possibility of changing over to cartomizers. Just my :2c: worth. Welcome to ECF and happy vaping.

Thanks all, I ended up getting the Ultimate Ultamatum Shorty Kit from Vapor King and I couldn't be happier. I'd done my research into blu before I bought them, but I didn't do much research into actualy E-cigarettes until after I had issues with my Blu. I do know quite a few smokers, so I'm sure my Blu kit won't go entirely to waste.
