Hi, I am new to vaping and I got a Blu, which suits my needs as a light smoker. I was wondering if the Volcano carts still fit on the Blu batteries since Blu changed to cartomizer. Or if they were only previously compatible. My Blu is brand spanking new but I'd like to order some empty carts to fill instead of trying to clean and refill the Blu empties. Thanks for any help!

carts? as in cartridges? No. Blu no longer has an atomizer. The current Blu is a cartomizer model. And even if you did have the atomizer model, it does not use a 510 atomizer so 510 carts do not fit it. However, you should be able to put a 510 STANDARD RESISTANCE (not LR) 510 atomizer on it and then use 510 carts. If you want to use the Blu atomizer then you need Blu carts or Joye 306 carts MIGHT fit - ask in the Blu section when you have enough posts to post outside of New Members. Or you could put a standard resistance (not LR) Joye 306 atomizer on it and use Joye 306 carts (get both at LiteCigUSA.net)

cartomizers? Yes they should fit but only put them on Blu if they are standard resistance

BTW charger - absolutely not. Blu is reverse polarity and you would fry stuff. And even if it was not, you cannot charge slim ecigs on the fast chargers of the fat battery Ego-alikes without risking damage

I use cartos for when I'm out running around or when I'm just feeling lazy (sitting on the couch with my nose stuck in my Nook.) I only use atomizers for dripping, which is not something I would suggest doing with the Blu because it's an automatic battery and has a hole at the connection end of the battery. Juice leaking inside an auto batt is a recipe for a dead battery.

I was looking at the Volcano site and it looks like they still use the atomizer/cart system.
