Congrats and KEEP IT UP!

I was 2 packs a day of Camel Blues, heard they were 1.2mg.

I currently use (on an average day) around 2mL of 2.4%, of my self-imposed 4mL/day juice budget.

I could easily do more juice and have done about 10mL in a day (MEL Blue Voodoo), but then again... I could have smoked more than 2 packs in a day as well if I had wanted to and did anyhow whenever I skipped sleeping.

I'm thinking your goals are probably like mine: get the NIC, don't smoke, don't freak out, enjoy yourself.

If so, don't sweat the volume. From what I have read, observed and experienced... if you need the NIC, you will vape until you get enough... if you need the act of vaping/smoking, you will vape until you get enough. The brain seems to lean toward lighter hits when it doesn't need more NIC similar to if you ever put a stinkie out early because you stopped craving it before you finished burning it.

*** I always presume others are somewhat like me. I also always presume they are healthy and fit enough for whatever I may suggest or incite.

Hi all. I'd smoked a pack of analog cigs (Marlboro Lights) a day for about 20 years. Finally had enough and ordered a Halo G6 starter with 12mg and 18mg oils. Haven't had a cigarette in 9 days and haven't had any withdrawals at all. Vaping about 2ml's a day, is that about average?

Yes, that's definitely average or below average nicotine content & volume compared to many enthusiast vapers. Most people refer to the liquid that you vape as e-juice or just 'juice' just a fyi. \

I'm glad to hear that you've had a good experience vaping so far, I really do hope that it will help you quit cigarettes! Vaping is a great hobby as well.

Anyway, welcome to the forums!

Like everyone else has said it's really up to you to determine what is normal and what isn't. Some of us needed to chain vape in the beginning and then tapered off. Some of us still chain vape! lol Your body should be telling you when too much is too much (headaches, nausea, dizziness). If your craving is satisfied and feel great then you're fine.

Thanks for the welcome. Just wanted to see what was average when starting and it sounds good from what I'm reading. I was quite surprised it was such an easy transition from analogs. My mother-in-law is very interested in trying it now since I've had a good experience so far. I probably should have done this a long time ago but better late than never. :toast:
