Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm Guus, a Dutch guy currently living in France.

I had heard of ecigs but thought that was ridiculous until a friend showed me one and let me try it. It was a cigarette like mini-ecig, didn't like it very much but the rest of the evening I was given that ecig I didn't smoke one analog. The next day just one.
That was one week ago, today is the third day of only vaping and no smoking at all. I would never have imagined that since I love(d) smoking and wasn't thinking about quitting, I just hoped it would make me smoke less analogs. I smoked 25 analogs a day for 20+ years.

I'm very happy with result and now I'm determined to never light up an analog again.... ever!

Glad to have found this forum! I've read a lot these last days which helps me tremendously in this new adventure. Thanks and kudo's to everyone!

My wife is happy too, she quit cold turkey two years ago and was complaining I was stinky. :p

Not really saving money yet since I'm stocking up on gear and juice. First I bought a 510-T which I think is too small, today I ordered an Ego Twist with clearomizers and juice with less nic 12mg instead of the 20mg I'm currently using.

Update: still here, been reading a lot on ecf and learned a ton. Not smoking cigs anymore was strange at the start but is becoming normal now after almost 3 weeks of vaping and not smoking. I'm comfortable with my gear and juice that I bought from the money I would otherwise have spent on cigs at €66 per week... rocking 2 eGo 1000 twists, some T3's, a ProTank and enough coilheads to be save. I also bought some mini clearomizers for the 510-T and it turns out to be a good idea, big plumes from the little battery. It's a great backup now!

Gonna read some more, I don't think I've read everything already. ;)
