I'm new to vaping, just got my hands on my first e-cigarette and I have some questions.
I got the first starter kit on this page for about $30 from a local store:

My questions:
Me being a noob, I have no clue what to buy for these things. All I know is that the factory cartomizers give good smoke, but don't exactly taste the best.
What kind of cartomizers will fit this e-cig? Can anyone recommend a good blank cartomizer I can buy? I plan on keeping a bunch of cartos on hand and to refill them a few times each.
Which brings me to juice, any that you recommend? I was planning on ordering a sampler kit from somewhere.
How would I know when to refill the carto? I've noticed that after the two I've been through, some start to taste terrible, like a burning rubber taste that makes me gag.
Lastly, anyone know where I can get some blank cartos in New York, as well as some good e-liquid, or is it pretty much online-only?
