Take it back and get them to show you how to use it. If it's faulty, return it, walk out and post in here for suggestions on a good starter setup.

The fact they sold you something without giving you a lesson in how to use it and without insuring that it was working and you were satisfied with it gives me great concern. Not to mention the fact it came from a "head shop" I steer clear of shops that aren't dedicated vape shops.

For around $100 you could get a Aspire Atlantis and a regulated mod (battery) and your vaping experience would be outstanding.

Yeah I was skeptical about buying it from the headshop myself. But in my town, the only "dedicated" vape shop we have is a kiosk in the local mall. I was originally going to order one online, and decided to save myself the money I would spend on S&H and go buy a nicer pen. But I resolved my issue, apparently one of the O rings was warped and not sealing the atomizer correctly. Although I couldn't agree with you more about the poor customer service at the headshop, I left somewhat satisfied in my purchase, but was still 100% lost when it came to actually using my vape.

Hi and welcome. I got my gear about 3 weeks ago and when I bought it I was told about turning the battery on and off. I had to try 4 times to turn it on because I did not realize you had to do 5 very rapid clicks of the button. After I finally did that fast enough I had it down. I am thankful we have a physical vape shop with people that care enough to answer even the silliest questions without judgment. Good luck.
