I just stopped smoking analogs on January 8th and started with something really inexpensive(V2) at my local smoke shop. Limited selection. I really enjoy the way it works but the battery life just sucks. I use an atomizer now and think that is the best way to go for me. I like that I can see how much fluid is left plus I believe they will be cheaper in the long run. I want to upgrade to something with a bigger battery. I have a budget of about $50-75. Can someone recommend something that I would get for that price range. There are so many choices and I just dont know. Please help

I recommend an EVOD starter kit. Many vendors carry them so I won't link any special one. I started with one and was good until I moved up. Many folks don't even need to move on from it. I have no experiance with it myself, but many people suggest a Vision Spinner kit also. Both are solid solutions well within your budget.

I also started with the EVOD starter kit. That was about two weeks ago.
Really like it so far, no problems at all. Got me one extra battery, so I now have three.
Also picked up a few extra clearomizers just in case and a spare charger.
I'm a trucker so I don't need to have something break and not have a back-up on hand.

+1 for the mvp v2.0. Its a solid device with variable voltage and wattage. Allows for you to find your sweet spot using wattage and leave it. Long battery life as stated. I think it's a solid device to start with as it can do so much and for the price point you can't beat it.

It depends on what you want to do with it in the future.
If you are wanting something you can change things around a lot on, like lots of options for tanks and other parts then I would suggest an Ego-based starter kit like the EVOD, or Joytech. (Personally I would recommend Joytech since they have fewer problems.)
If you're not worried about changing parts a lot, and just want a simple, easy to use, and ultra reliable starter kit I would HIGHLY recommend the Halo Triton. There aren't as many options as far as 3rd party parts go, but you really don't need them because the Halo parts are really really hard to beat. Their parts are all designed specifically to work together, and they've got really intelligent designers.
I'll give you an example here.... Virtually every top burning clearomizer you find on the market today has a hole in the top of the coil that you have to be careful not to pour any liquid down......... But not Halo. Halo did something remarkably smart and remarkably simple, they made the coil longer than the tank so it's virtually impossible to get liquid in the top unless you're doing it deliberately. Their batteries also last a lot longer than your typical Ego battery with the same mAh rating.
They cost more than your typical Ego but there is a reason for that. Superior design and superior quality. Still relatively cheap though, $65 for the starter kit which comes with 2 batteries, 2 tanks, USB charger, and wall adapter. It's also compatible with all of Halo's G6 parts and any 808D threaded parts on the market.

There are plenty of options for good battery life without having to carry a box that is bigger than an entire pack of 100mm cigarettes around all the time.
I consider myself fairly typical of the average person (not the enthusiast who is always chasing the bigger, better deal) who is vaping these days.
I used to smoke a little more than a pack a day for 30 years. I now vape about 3-3.5ml of juice a day. Fairly typical use.
My little Halo Triton with a 1300 mAh battery lasts me 2 and a half days on a single charge. I get more than a full 24 hours of use out of their little 650 mAh battery, and with the 650 mAh battery and 2.4ml tank the Triton is no bigger than a Sharpie pen. Also the Triton batteries recharge from dead to fully charged in less than 2 hours (My 650s recharge in an hour and 10 minutes) which is a huge plus if you ever find yourself in a pinch.

i wasnt too sure of the box mod but i really like it. i think it is more pocketable and it doesnt look like some space age sex toy. 
It fits the hand really well and it has a lot of great features for the price you are looking at. I can tell you i regret not getting a a VV/VW type device right of the back. If you have a good vapestore near you go in and try them out.

I feel the same way, at the moment anyways. That's the thing I like about my kanger evod.
Just drop it in my shirt pocket and it's ready when I am.
Don't get me wrong, I am a certified gadget nut. I have been studying up on big mods, etc, but so far have restrained myself.

I LOVE the EVOD tank. Way better than my buddy's ego CE4 system in terms of flavor and the batteries that Kanger suppled feel great (kind of a rubberized matte black finish). The kit had everything I needed but juice (which I ordered at the same time from the same supplier).
Since I have bought some different tanks and bits but honestly could have lived with the basic kit.
Good quality, ubiquitous spare parts (you are gonna need atomizer coils, the kit comes with 5 spares, two batts, two EVOD tanks wall wart and usb charge cord). The basic kit is enough to get you going and keep you going for a while but parts, tanks and bits are available everywhere!
