Congrats on quitting the analogs. Took me only a few days till I didn't want analogs anymore and was grabbing for my ecig only. Then I found the vaping community and wanting that all day consistent vape. I've found it thru the great people here and on a few other community sites without spending loads of money. Thanks to you all!

I started with a volt 3 months ago. It was a whim but I totally quit in 3 days...my wife took about a week. But, I went from 3 pad to...4 cigs the first day...2 cigs the second day...1 cig the third. My wife was down to 2-3 cigs a day for a week. It was more mental...I had to vape thru the cravings. BTW, I got a manual and an auto and I found the manual a lot more effective. Refilling cartos and charging batteries was very easy, so I didn't find the mechanics difficult at all. Finding the right juice was the hardest part, and that can be a long a trying process as your tastes will change over time. I was sure that I was a meat and potatoes, tobacco only kind of guy...turns out I like fruit...who knew? That being said, it was the Desert Joe from Smokeless Image that got my off cigs. As others have said, it's the physical things that are hardest...dry mouth, chapped lips and nighttime restlessness were the worst ones for me...but yours might be different. Good luck.

volts are great. i highly recommend their x2 line of batteries. i do find ecigs a lil more inconvenient than cigs, however, they are better in every other way. its amazing that after a week or so not only does the desire to smoke go away but it becomes so unappealing and even if you have a cig, you'll likely just find it to be gross anyway.
