I highly recommend an ego 510 with the T-cart and T-Atomizers. They allow you to fill up a bit more than a standard cart, don't overflow as much, and if they're clear you'll know exactly how much you have left. They also don't have the material in them that can give you a weird burnt taste. The ego 510 has excellent battery life and a built in USB passthrough which is extremely handy in keeping it fully charged when you're on the go.

...............wv2win you make a good point about the battery and if down the line i decide its too cool of a vape for meh i will look into a mod.. but at this point its not just a matter of how big the mods look but how comfy it will be in meh hand (its bad enough i have small hands but i have issues with meh joints that i am on meds for but sometimes they cramp up so bad i have to just use meh index and thumb to smoke or index and middle finger.. with a pen style it would just be easier on meh for those bad days)..............

I think you will like the 801 atomizer. Remember, with a 510 to 801 adapter ($4), you can use an 801 type atomizer on any 510 threaded battery. There are also different makers of 801 atomizers than just "DSE". I and many others prefer the BE112 atomizer which is a low bridge 801 (NHaler • Smoking Alternatives) and/or the mini-801 from IKENVAPE.com. because they vape better IMO.

Your comment about needing to use your thumb sometimes, leads me to suggest you keep the GLV2 in your mind when you decide to upgrade. Because of the unique way it is made with a "top" button, most people use their thumb to press the button.

txtumbleweed i am happie for your response! i am defiantly still swaying to purchase the dse801 and one of the 510's from myPVshop.com Electronic Cigarettes - Buy online from our retail shop i wanted to buy everything i needed from one place but i am realizing that's very hard to do.. especially since mypvshop doesn't have a passthru for the 801 nor do their cheap 501 fit their pcc's... i only have 90 dollars to play with of which i have spent 10.95 for ejuice from BombayVaping (which i thought was an awesome deal for a sampler package!)and its hard to get everything i need from different places because the shipping adds up... i will keept the volt in mind but i think its out of meh price range.. especially since i have failed to mention that i have a smoking husband and best friend who live with meh and want to stop smoking and try out meh pv's when they come in.. so i am really shopping for 3 people.. so i need at least 2 kits... but maybe i can get an echo or something that holds more liquid further down the line when i can get some fun cash again :)

chopper22980 the riva was on meh list to get but it seems like the 801 will give meh just what i need... the right enough vape and flavor.. but than again thats why i am asking for suggestions.. how is the flavor taste when you hit it? as far as flavors go i got the chocolate strawberry, pina colada, french vanilla, bombay cherry and grape :p i find it funnie that the e juice was easier for meh to buy than the kits..i still havent decided lol

zerokiwi i love the thought of the ego510 but i am worried about leakage.. and not understanding how to use it properly..well actually to be honest i feel the same way about any e cig i get at this point..it all seems so complicated.. like i just read last nite you can change the filler... so now i am trying to wrap meh head around whther i wanna do that or not...

wv2win when you mentioned the 801mini i was intriguiged but now i am confuzzled.. i went to IKENVAPE.com but didnt see it..can you maybe clarify what you were suggesting? sorrie to be so lost.. its all so much to meh..the different parts and models.. but i am eager to learn to make sure i know what i am getting and that i am happie in meh purchase :vapor:

so here i sit still trying to figure all this out.. and itching to but a kit like you wouldnt believe.. ima go have another clove... lots of stress happen today and i wish i could vape instead of getting meh nicotine fix from somthing that now seems so inferior to vaping :( **huggles to all** u guys are grrreat <3

Here is the one I was referring to:

IKV HV 801 3.5

Again, I'm not sure how well it will vape on a small battery. But on a good 5 volt PV such as the GLV2 or a good variable volt like the Darwin from NHaler • Smoking Alternatives, it does a great job. I would suggest you also look at the 801 cartomizers. I like the ones from MadVapes: Black 801 Cartomizer

well i have been vaping for just over 2 weeks and i am now a proud owner of a 510 and 4072.. i have come to realize i like the 4072 for "darker" flavors like chocolate covered strawberry (thankies to bombay vaping!) and coffees... the 510 is meh fruity flavor fix (gummi bear, strawberry, watermelon, grape, pina coloada and coconut)

i love the 510 for on the go and around the house vaping.. the 4072 is nice when i am just hanging out with meh friends and i just want something to relish.. the both are so different i am glad i got them both :vapor:

thankies for all the help guys it was appreciated! i am trying a bit of this and a bit of that in terms of flavors and have found that bombay vaping is really nice when it comes to selection and prices.. hoping i can branch out later once i have more $$ in the bank.. but so far the way i have been mixing meh e liquids has been working for meh! i am one happie vapor! :p no more analogs for meh!!!

as for the divice, every one has a preference, 808 and the 510 are most common, but I found out the hard way that it's less expensive to use e-liquid and empty carts, tanks, or dripping than pre-filled carts, I went thru a lot to get started vaping. started with kr808 auto batteries and prefilled cartomizers but I kept running out of carts and back to analogs, then I got a bottle of e-liquid and some blank carts. Now I haven't touched an analog in 2 months, I still use my 808s with volt blank carts, I get juice from several places. I've added the ego tank system to my line up, easy to refill. The ego batteries are a little bigger so may not "feel" like an analog but they last longer.

good luck and grats trying to quit the smokes :toast:... I started out with one of those 'mall kiosk' look-a-likes from a cigar supplier catalog I used to buy some of my stogies from...yes I still enjoy one of those big ringed, huge hand-wrapped babies when I'm out with the guys, and no, I haven't inhaled directly from any 'smoke' in a long time...can't help it, love the smell and taste of my cigars... I successfully quit my mini cigarette-looking cigar smoking going on 9 months now, thanks to that cartridge using e-cig... since then, myself and one of my brother's (also a soon to be ex-smoker of same mini cigars... yea they were cheaper than cigarettes at $30/carton rather than $80+/carton lol) have both picked up a roughstack, just like Kaderick ... I know my brother feels like I do :thumb:...they are funky looking, but work awesome...atm waiting on a new package from Mad Vapes with some new liquid samples to try out...still haven't settled on any one liquid as a daily vape yet... I may end up mixing or carry 2 or 3 smaller dropper bottles around with me hahaha...I like too many flavors atm but still trying to find other good or better cinnamon or clove mixes to try and yet I'm going to pick up a maxi roughstack as well so I have one for home, one when I'm on the go, let alone different voltage choices and more acc'y choices available to try as well :headbang:... hopefully you'll be able to get your other half and friend to convert over, too

well the nice thing about buying an ego 650mah or higher is that it is able to be used with many different items in the vaping world. from 510s like you own to even buying the liquinator from Vaporescence. the ego is so versatile, and they even have a vv adapter that just came out, so you can set your ego to a 4.7 vape.
