hi guys I am new to vaping and want to learn new things . Like how much nicotine am I taking in if I'm vaping 3mg of nicotine, and vaping a 3.5 ml tank a day. Is there still risk of heart attack and heart disease. It runs and in my family and that's basically why I quit analogs. Thank you for your time, and also want to know some good juices!

3mg strength liquid contain 3mg per millilitre.
So vaping 3mg strength of 3.5ml tank a day amounts to 3 x 3.5 = 10.5mg total of nicotine per day.
I think a lot of people vape 100mg per day, so 10 is not much at all to be concerned about.

how much you vape vs how much your body absorbs will be different. AFAIK there hasn't been any conclusive study on how much nicotine your body absorbs when vaping...

as always there will be health risks with vaping IMO even without nicotine...nothing is 100% safe but everything in moderation should be fine.

Welcome to ecf! I think everyone agrees that of the two, vaping is far less harmful than smoking. To our knowledge, there are none of the several hundred chemicals present in cigs - many of which are carcinogenic - in ejuice. Nicotine, btw, is not a carcinogen. That said, I strongly suggest that you do your own research and make as informed a decision as you can. For me, and for lots of other folk, vaping is quite literally a life saver :). Best of luck to you!
