About a week ago my girlfriend and I went to a local vape store to get her her first vape. I at the time was not a fan of them but she wanted one so we went. She got an iTaste CLK! and a 30ML bottle "Marbo" e-liquid. It came out to about $65 all together.

I'm thinking it may have been cheaper online but not really sure where to find the e-liquid online if that particular brand is available online or not because she likes it. I have started becoming a fan myself and was interested in getting a vape for myself.

I like her iTaste but was wondering if I could get something a little better online for about the same price. What is recommended? I want long battery life. I also smoke Marlboro menthols currently and was wondering what some recommended e-liquids are for that?

Innokin Itaste MVP V2 0 Vaporizer Starter Kit 1x iClear 30 2X iClear 16 Tank | eBay As a new vaper, I couldn't suggest anything higher then an MVP V2 as a power source, it does variable watts and volts and the battery life is great, you might have to charge it once every other day, maybe less even. I wouldn't suggest an Ego type device as you will quickly outgrow it, alot faster then you think. Get yourself maybe a Protank 3 or something, usually you can purchase an MVP V2 with a tank as a package deal. As far as ejuice, there are soooooo many options. You might do well to look into Killer Juice who have great sales every week including .99 cent and 1.99 15 ml bottles, a great place to try numerous flavors, I like most all of thier juices, they recently added more flavor to the mixes and it is even better. The MVP V2 and Killer Juice in my opinion would serve you very well as someone new trying to get situated. I wouldn't suggest mechanical mods and RDA's to start with, although you will probably end up there at some point. So go with the MVP V2 and Killer Juice, I think you will find it a very nice combo. The combo posted above will give you the MVP V2 and 3 tanks for under 50 bucks, you can search also for more options, but that's a fair deal.

I suggest the MVP 2. and either a Protank 2 or Nautalis, 101 vapes has them for 39.99 + shipping.I bought from there before and they had fast shipping. as for the tanks i reccomend somethin glass so you can use any liquids. There are thousands of juice companys out there. Taste is very subjective. If you have a vape store around go in and try some out. You might be suprised to find some flavors you did not even consider you would like, It is very hard to find anything that tastes like a real cigarette, But if you look in the suppliers here and read up you will find the most popular juices and reviews. Some top ones I use Are Nicoticket, Alien Visions, GoodLife, Backwood brew, there are so many, just order small sizes and test them out. Dont let price be a factor, some of the most expensive are not worth it and some of the cheapest well they may or may not be worth it either. Any way welcome to the forum there are a ton of people here that are very helpfull. good luck on the journey.

Banana, cinnamon, Red Hot and citrus flavors can be tough on plastic. I've never had any issues with glass.

I use PT2's but rebuild my coils and added AFC bases. I had the Aero tanks and PT3 and they got the boot. Leaking, flooding and gurgling problems. The PT2's have been treating me right. If you go with PT2's here's a great deal on coils

http://www.smartvapes.com/Kanger-Protank-Replacement-Coils-50ct-p/ptankrep10.htm

When they are spent break them down and wash them off and throw the pieces in a jar. When your about 1/2 way through the bunch check out rebuilding.

The store I boought My MVP 2 from ordered them without any clearomizer and when I asked about what was supposed to go in the open space he said "we ordered these without the Iclears because they are total junk" Not my opinion just what he said. I like my Protank 2 with a airflow adjuster just fine, and the difference between 2+3 is single coil or duel coil for the 3, the single coils are cheaper and work fine and can be rebuilt easier if and when you want later. The difference between the v3 and the MVP is the V3 has a 800mah battery and the mvp has a 2600mah battery witch last much longer between charges both can be used as a passthough meaning you can still vape while its charging.

The Iclear 30 is top wicking and you'll need to tip your tank as it goes empty to keep your wicks wet or get a dry hit. The draw on them is also pretty tight but it was the tank I started out on when I picked up my SVD. They work OK but there are better ones out there for the money.

I don't like tanks that the airflow comes off the 510, if they leak and it gets into your 510 connection it can also get into your battery or boards.

The PT2 was my next jump and I immediately added AFC to get away from the 510 bottom airflow. These tanks have been solid since and rebuilding with Koh Gen Do has made them even better. If you are careful when you rewick a coil can last a month or more and the flavor is pretty damn good, vapor too. Factory coils were eating up to much money and there was a streak of some bad coils being made, 2 out of 5 were duds. Rebuilt singles will taste as good if not better (imo) then any factory dual. And if I can rebuild anyone can, it's really easier than it looks.

That being said I have friends that swear by the Nautilus and the BVC's. Another option is to move right to Kayfun's and pick up a 3.1. I converted a co-worker and that's all she uses on an MVP2.

There are way to many choices, you'll just have to find your sweet spot, play with some different gear and you'll find what works for you.

Good luck.

Ok I shouldn't have that issues none of those flavors sound appealing to me.

you might be surprised how much your "tastes" change in the next few months, once you stop smoking. I think all of us are surprised in what suddenly taste good, bad and different than what we had been used too.

Well they didn't have an MVP in just plain black all they had was bright obnoxious colors so I got a kangertech EMOW mega starter kit. It has adjustable air flow and came with 5 coils. Opinions on it? So far I like it. Anything to watch out for with it?

Haven't heard anything negative and there is really only one thing here that is important. Does it work for you. If it does nothing else matters as long as it remains a solid device.

Vape strong and good luck on your quest to get off smokes!
