Hey everyone. I've been vaping for about 2 months now and it's been pretty great! Haven't touched a cigarette since I started and my lungs feel great! However, I've encountered a little problem...

I've got a Panzer Blackhawk mechanical mod, and for some reason, my IMR 18650 just stopped working. My other battery works perfectly fine, but this one is just done. I'll have put it on the charger and let it charge for up to 2 hours and the display will say it's full. When I place it in the mod it just doesn't work. It's like the pins connections aren't touching but I've triple checked that everything it tight and touching.

My current build is on a Plumeveil RDA with .24 ohm dual coils. All the wire is connected and the screws are tight. I'm not sure what's going on and would rather not have to trash any of my equipment. If anyone could help me I'd love to chat about the problem or just vaping in general.

A digital multimeter can be used to check battery voltage, and also used to read atomizer resistance though not as convenient as a dedicated ohm meter. If you've discharged your batteries down too low, it damages the chemistry and they stop holding a charge. Other than that, inspect the battery and make sure there is no damage to the wrapping or the positive end.

As far as I know it's holding a charge. When I place it back on the charger after ~5 mins of trying to get it to work it still displays full battery.

Is there some meter I'm supposed to have to check these things?

Multimeter
This is my only meter. I use it for ohms, volts, temp, everything.
