+ 1 for the Mini Vivi Nova 2.5. Get some spare atomizer heads and maybe a spare metal sleeve, and you have a tank type clearo that can last you a VERY long time. It is even possible to rebuild the heads yourself. Don't forget the little steel sleeve cover to hide the eGo threads.

By the way, most of us in the East (or other countries) buy our hardware; like eGo's and cartos etc. directly from HealthCabin.net in China. They are a registered supplier here on the forum. Why go through an extra middleman in the US, if you can get it cheaper and faster directly from the source?

Oh thanks. I'll do that then. Way faster, cheaper, and easier. :)

I still have my cigarettes so I'm not yet there but this is the first time I ever thought it would be possible for me to kick the habit.

I'm in the same position as you. Now, after about ten days of taking cigarettes AND an Ego when I left home, I'm not worried about the cigarettes. I really just don't want one now that I have a fair level of confidence that the e-cig will work and taste okay.

I'm in the same position as you. Now, after about ten days of taking cigarettes AND an Ego when I left home, I'm not worried about the cigarettes. I really just don't want one now that I have a fair level of confidence that the e-cig will work and taste okay.

After a check up, I found out that after 30 years of smoking, nothing major was wrong with me, so I decided to stop pushing my luck and quit. And I'm glad I got the eGo-T. There aren't a lot options here. Most of the alternatives are knockoffs and as far as I know, the PV market in the Philippines is still young. So it'll take a while before all these other options for vaping are available. I'm just glad I have a nice basic unit to use and have the option of ordering extras online.

The ordering took me a while. I went to healthcabin.net and got to the point of checkout when I found out the cost of EMS shipping -- their only shipping option to where I am -- was around $14. That pretty much doubled the cost of my order, so I went back to my original plan of ordering and piggybacking on my book shipment. That took a while too and I'm posting this in case anyone runs into the same problem. I clicked on the listed sellers until I found one willing to take a non-US credit card and one that actually had some stocks left of Vision Nova. I settled for the 3.5ml because everyone seemed to be out of minis.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but are the cartos in a tank set up like the clearomizers?

Not a dumb question at all. Cartos use fiber filling (similar to cigarette filters) which surrounds the coil and using them in a tank just keeps the juice flowing into the filler so it stays wet. Clearos don't have filler material, but instead use a wick (string) which is wrapped by the coil and the wick feeds to juice from the clearo tank. For me, some flavors taste better in cartos and others taste better in clearos, but both provide a really good vape.
