New Tobacco flavor

I just got in my order of the new tobacco flavor and my Kona Koffee Milkshake. The kona is amazing, as always, but I'm not sure what to make of the new tobacco liquid. I believe I will have to post pics to properly express it, but I opened up the bottle, and found a thick, swirly liquid of dark and almost a wheatgrass like consistency. Maybe not that thick, but so far from clear I've never seen a liquid like that. It is very strong smelling, almost lemony in a way. I haven't tried it yet, as I'm concerned I got a bad batch.

Is that how it is supposed to look?

My Grammas Pumpkin Pie was really cloudy and thicker than all the others but has now been Blooming for over a mth and should be ready to vape pretty soon. It's still the same appearance and a little too cinnamon-y/spicy for my taste so I'm hoping more time will make it perfect!!

Anyone else get to sample the Tobaccos yet? How bout the flavored ones?

What is the look/consistency of yours?

Standpoint, that's definitely completely normal for this flavor. It is very cloudy and more darkly colored as it is flavored with real tobacco extract. A few of our other flavors have this same cloudy quality like the Red Hot Cinnamon and some of the citrus flavors. Be sure to give it a good shake before use. The consistency should be fine--I've tested the tobacco in Vision Egos, Boge cartos, ViVi Nova and more and it works well with everything I've tried. The tobacco flavors contain a small amount of organic ethyl alcohol to keep the tobacco in solution. Do let me know if it is separating too much--I tried to use the minimum amount of alcohol to keep the tobacco in solution as some people are very sensitive to the taste (although I'm not one of them myself and can't taste it at all). And remember, the tobaccos are all freshly made so give them a little time to steep if you can!

I should also add, the tobacco is a very strong flavor so you probably will want to designate a carto to it! I made the tobaccos a bit on the strong side flavor wise as I wanted it to have a really full bodied taste for people making the switch from regular cigarettes.

Annette if these are made with real tobacco extract do you think they might also contain tobacco alkaloids we hear about from time to time? Just wondering cuz that would be a nice bonus.

Anyone who's been around VV for a while is acquainted with my aversion to tobacco flavors. My reaction when I got my samplers was a little like Stand's and kind of got the side eye from me, the queen of tobacco haters.

I was consoled by Annette's explanations. So, boss's orders, I just filled up a Boge LR with Thrilla in Vanilla (love the name) and put it on my Twist.

I like it. Not as in all day, but I will be vaping up my samplers!

Do not be put off by the appearance. Shake shake shake and fill.

I am shocked. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for "something that tastes like a real cigarette". It is very robust, earthy/herby/tiny bit spicy with a lot of depth, good throat hit at 12 mg and loads of vapor with a pleasant aroma. And I can see how it will be very compatible as a blend with some other VV flavors. Jeez, I'm on a roll here.

I wasn't getting enough vanilla, so I added a sampler size dropper full of Naked Vanilla to the sampler bottle of Thrilla. Wow.Za. I bet it would be amazing with Cotton Candy Spider Web, too!

This is a pic after about 30 seconds of shaking. Definitely looks 'off', but I will fill my Vivi Nova with it and give it a try. I actually like many tobacco flavors, but only for occasional use - RY4 and Kona Koffee/Velvet are my all day vapes.

Here's a pic of it in my Vivi Nova (attached to my 3-ish year old eGo battery which still works like new).

It actually tastes much better than it looks. I can really taste the tobacco, much more accurate than others I've tried. My taste buds do give me a lemon-y hint to it, I wish it was a little harsher or more bitter, but I have to say, I like it. All day vape, probably not. But I could see getting used to the taste, and getting more of it.

I'm fairly picky on my liquids, it is pretty rare for me to re-order. I've been vaping for about 4 years, and only have 4 liquids I order consistently at this time. Smokeless Image's RY4, Virgin Vapors Kona Koffee or Velvet Milkshake, and Highbrow Vapor's Cappuccino diablo for reference. I've tried dozens of brands, probably a hundred flavors, but usually give up on a flavor after about 10-30 ml's of it even if I like it. 90% of the flavors I've tried wind up in the garbage can after a ml or two, so this liquid being good is saying something

I can see from your first photo that some of the flavor is coming out of solution and adhering to the dropper. I checked all my bottles and everything looks good here. I'm going to up the alcohol content a tad as I think perhaps exposure to cold is bringing it out of solution en route. Don't be put off by the opaque look of it, that's what the flavor looks like as it's mixed so it's not anything scary. As I said, try it--the proof is in the vaping!

BTW, I'm honored to hear that two of your four regular vapes are from Virgin Vapor!

I received my two 15 ml of 12 mg Tobacco flavors on Thursday this week. I knew from other flavors to let them sit for at least a couple days prior to trying (except perfect peach and original sin as they are terrific right out of the bottle and shipping does them just fine for steep time IMO) I did open the bottle and take a whiff ... WOW, that smells just like tobacco, like that smell from a freshly opened pack ... yeah, you remember! LOL

Anywhoooooo - to try liquids for the first time, I always fill up a carto from my first e-cig (A Johnson Creek VEA - which is similar to an eGO, but lower on the mAH) I let the carto soak up some of "Best Damn Tobacco" for about 30 minutes with the bottom fill method, then tried this flavor ... first toot ... hmmmmm, that is very interesting ... second toot ... holy crapola, Annette has matched a Marlboro light (remember 12mg) ... I was absolutely shocked. 3rd toot ... hmmmm again as I think, and OH EMMM GEEEE, I can't believe I am going to say this ... I think my taste buds have changed completely for REAL tobacco flavor. This is NOT a bad thing and no reflection on Annette or the flavor, the problem is, is so dang spot on, I really know I don't want to go back to smoking analogs.

Now that is not to say, this will just sit ... it may not be an all day vape for myself, but if you are a smoker trying e-cigs for the first time, this is the stuff to get ... will make you think you are smoking a Marlboro Light, that's just the plain truth. And for those of you looking for a good tobacco with none of the perfume smell or taste or sweetness, this is PERFECT! REALLY, it's that close to a real analog! Dang near makes you want to look for the freakin' ashtray! LOL I know everyone's taste buds are different, but you really have to try it for yourself to see what I am talking about. I will be letting this one steep another week at least and will revisit this thread for more comments I am sure.

My bottle had some of the same thing in the dropper as Standpoint's did and yes, it is a bit cloudy and had what looked like a few particles in it. All that aside, it's spot on!

I have not tried the Georgia Gold Tobacco yet, but I have a feeling the peach mixed with it (and I hope there are plans for apple too) will tone that analog flavor down enough it just might become an all day tobacco vape for me. Will keep you all posted.

Annette, you've really struck gold with this tobacco ... though my taste buds have changed for true tobacco vapes, I believe your sales for those looking for that vape will skyrocket. I am still amazed at the flavor and how spot on it is ... could you tell? I keep saying the same thing over and over again about it. :lol THUMBS UP, Lady!!!!
