maybe our hardware should put a stress on appearance more than clouds.......
call them portable hookahs instead of anything related to cigarettes, cigalikes, etc

I think that may be it. It made me think of this huge group of people protesting the proposed 95% "smoke" tax our legislators were thinking about imposing on e-cigs. The picture showed them all in a "cloud" of vapor on our Capital steps. I posted that they shouldn't be blowing flippin clouds in the lawmakers faces. I think that's the wrong way to go about it. I don't consider my wares e-cigs. They are my PV's, they are NOT cig look-alikes....and they DO become my jewelry and accessories.I guess make them extensions of our jewelry, everyone will ooh and aah so much they won't notice we're actually vaping.
Ahhh hon...you are so sweet. I love this "outfit" as much as you do. I keep looking at all my tops and trying to figure out what color and style of "jacqui" jewelry I want for everything.
take the pressure off, remove the stigma, you know.... society is almost as against vapers as it is smokers.........
with all that bling....... we may not look like space age drug addicts, and instead look like fringe hippies........

Secondly, I totally get it. Completely, and I wish it were that easy to simply bling it up and go all fringe hippy on the world..... I dunno. I'm having a particularly rough personal struggle today as it's the first day that I am NO LONGER ALLOWED to vape in my usual haunts. Yes, our ban went into effect at 12 midnite. Especially unfortunate is the fact that I'm way too well known as a major big time vaper and all eyes will be on me..... not in a good way.
Kat, that friggin SUCKS! I think in a way I'm lucky I'm still so new, at this point I still don't vape anywhere I wouldn't smoke and it's not bc I'm worried what people will say, I'm just used to it so it isn't a change for me, but I don't understand why people don't just take a minute to educate themselves instead of just assuming it's some bad thing.

I guess what puzzles me is - most followed "the rules" when they smoked - so now why draw bad attention to yourself by doing the big cloud thing and vaping somewhere just because it doesn't say you can't. Kinda reminds me of spoiled kids I'm respectful when and where I vape. A lot of people are curious and want to know more or how they can start vaping and stop smoking. Welp, Jacqui, I am about as FAR from a cloud blower as there is. I actually resented the "kids" doing that when I first saw it at vape meets last year.
I vape just like I smoked and have/had no issue with the quantity that escaped my lips. I've already been told things like "I could arrest you for doing that.". Ok, it WAS in jest, but my blood began to rise from it's normal simmer.
Today I went for a mani-ped, iTazte V3 in hand, a pretty tank with a Jacqui Gaposis on it, only to be greeted by overhearing a conversation by 2 women discussing.... you got it. Cigs and ecigs. They couldn't say ENUF nasty things about BOTH. I quietly put my iTazte back into my purse, as I filled my head with various not so nice descriptions about these 2 most 'educated' women. I almost had to run for cover from myself, as the F bomb was definitely raining down in my head...
So tonite, I will be attending the festivities at a local "Cheers" bar. Oh this'll be interesting,,,,,,, I promise you (all). Bah Friggin Humbug!
