New User..E-Health Cig Does Not Work..Any Feedback?

Hello,

I am very glad to have found this site! There appear to be so many helpful people on here!

Unfortunately, I did not do any research before "impulse-buying" an E-Health Cigarette locally. I charged it, but no vapor is coming out of the cigarrette at all and a lot of the liquid leaks into my mouth. I don't think the guy I bought it from will return it. Any suggestions or feedback would be much appreciated.
I will also be browsing the site to see what e-cig to get, as this one seems like a dud!

I'm a newcomer too, but I can recommend the Ego or 510 models (I ordered Inferno and Magma from Volcano, the equivalent, and their shipping was very fast (they always ship by the next day)), since I have been very happy with them. The 510s are a bit larger than a cigarette and the Egos are more like a small cigar in size, but have lots of battery life. Most people on here will refer to models rather than brands, since most brands sell the same selection of models rebranded. I think there's a sticky on the forum that talks about models and explains which are which, so that may be confusing at first and you'll want to read that.
Customer service, price, and quality, however, will vary from vendor to vendor. There is a registered vendor list on this website which would probably be helpful to you.

As far as liquid running into your mouth, are you tilting the ecig upward? It should be tilted level or downward, otherwise the liquid may indeed run into your mouth. I have not had this happen with my cartridges, just with drip tips, but maybe the ones you got are overfilled or made different.

As far as no vapor, is your battery charged? Is this an automatic (activated by sucking on it) and are you drawing hard enough to activate it?

Other than that all I can think of are atomizer issues, either it's a dud (which can happen, especially with some disreputable brands), isn't getting a good conection, or it needs to be cleaned or something, and those issues are best answered by someone with more experience than me. Good luck
