New user, Ordered, Can't Wait :)

I left the unit assembled overnight and no problems at all .
I quit cigarettes for a year (twice) and knew I didn't want to go back when I picked up the habit again last week. I just put one of these guys in the cup holder in the car and vape at the traffic lights (I look forward to red lights now). I'm leaning towards ordering more of the fruity flavors (the ego-T does a good job with these, not so much with the caramel/toffee). I think I'll bump up to the 36mg (currently 18mg 50/50) for day to day use. I guess I need to "dial in" a little bit more. Would switching to more PV or VG give me a mistier, more substantial vapor?

I've also been reading reviews on juices, but if anyone has any recommendations for juices/vendors, I'd definitely love to hear them. I used to mix my own shisha for hookah, and being a chem/biochem major, I'll try mixing my own juice (someday) as well!

i have the ego t model b and its a nice system. ive been using it for oh...3 or 4 days and its performing admirably. i do however, wish it would bring out the flavor little better and deliver more throat hit. vapor production on that thing is amazing tho. i go through 3 tank-fulls a day.

You also asked about juices/vendors. There are lots out there, but since everybody has different tastes it is difficult to recommend any particular one. It takes a bit of experimentation to discover what types of juices suit you.

I ordered an Ego T atomizer and carts for my Riva SE. Resulting in basically and Ego T with a little more battery. I had heard a lot of horror stories about the Ego T but wanted to try it, so i only ordered one atomizer and a five pack of carts.

My first experience with this rig was disappointing. A really bad burned something taste, hard to describe but really bad taste. Realizing that the atomizer i received was really gunked up with some kind of oil, inside and out. even after blowing and cleaning, and blowing and cleaning, i still couldn't get rid of that awful taste. Finally, since i already had one, i dropped the atty in an Ultrasonic cleaner, with just water, and gave it three cycles at three minutes each.

Wow! what a difference. Juices were sweet and it seemed that the vapor was much greater. So now i like it. If this one holds up for a reasonable amount of time then i think i will invest in more atomizers, at least.

My advice: Never use and Ego-T atomizer before a good bath of some sort.

Hey thanks, Tigerlily! I think I'm going to get one.
River, I just got the nasty burnt taste on the new atomizer just as you posted (wow, yuck!). I blew out the assembly and rubbed it down with the tip of a paper towel, and it's pulling okay now, but the vapor seems a little less. The other atomizer is drying out, hopefully it gets the toffee taste out of there. The flavors on either aren't as strong as I expected, but I think it might have to do with the juice. Can't wait until I iron out the issues (had a "learning period" with hookah too)!
