Hello all.. new to the forum, although I've been lurking for a few months :D...The wife and I switched about 6 months ago.. Started with V2.. still with their batteries although we buy carts and liquid from ..everwhere else... We like the size and convenience of the KR8s and carts.. and I'm so proud of my wife, I'm sure she has not smoked 5 trad. cigarettes in this whole time...

I live in a smaller town (pop 10,000).. and I'm wanting to open a small store (amidst all the antique shops in this town) and offer e-cigs.. the only other option anyone has around here is buying some over-priced stuff at filling stations with little to no options or flavors..

I'll probably start wholesale with some of the major easy "beginner" companies... they offer the best profit margins that I can find (upwards of 100%+). The wife and I'll run it nights and weekends in the beginning (we have full time jobs).

are there wholesale programs available for the more "advanced" equipment? This way I could start people off with the easy stuff.. like I did and still do, but also offer upgrade paths... I've looked around but it seems I can only find chinese stuff and the profit margins are just not that great..

I know there will probably be people saying "you shouldn't be starting a store, you're not experienced enough" but I'll be darned if I'm going to squander an opportunity... Besides there's some kiosk in a local mall charging $130 for single starter kits and $25 for e-liquid.. THAT'S CRAZY! I told the girl working there that they are flat ripping people off ... I want to put people like that out of business, it gives the whole community bad press...

Oh, and when can I post in a section like "Service and Suppliers"?

I think Smoktech has wholesale offerings on their site for tanks and cartos and such. I know alot of people sell their goods, and even have them branded with their company name

smoketech.com

Thanks for the quick response takirb :)

edit.. I think that's the wrong addy.. that seems to be aftermarket automotive stuff.

edit part 2.. hehehe... had to drop the "e"... found it smoktech

I would contact these three retail suppliers who might give you some advice and possibly sell you some better models at a good price (larger order) as you would not be directly competing with them. I don't know if they would, but just a thought:

Welcome to MadVapes LLC

Nhaler (owner: Drew)

Kens Boxmods

Thanks wv2win.. madvapes looks great.. good prices

If your going to jump it may as well be head 1st. I live in a small town too and wish we had a store here for stuff like this. Just think of the lives you could save:) Others can chime in on this but if I had a B and M store within 75 miles of me I would travel to it. Good luck. I have thought about doing the same thing but am too afraid that when the government steps in I would be put out of business.Saying I DON"T TRUST THE GOVERNMENT ON ANYTHING is putting it lightly. You could create 100 jobs with your little store and if it would line their pockets they would crap on you and your employees in a hot second.

Check Halo Halo Electronic Cigarette I think they offer distributorships, their G6 is quality 808 and their juices are fabulous. You could see if Volt has distributorships as well, quality 808's too. bnrk

Sounds great!! Just make sure you shop around for the best products for the best price! Cheap is not always good!! I have bought some cheaper cartos, and soon as I fill them, and let them set for a min. BURNT taste right off the bat. But it seems like every time I spend a little more. No problem. That is not to say that I have had no luck with cheaper priced supplies, it is just that the only issues I have had is with them. Anyways, good luck, and hope you really can open up and change some peoples lives. Just like ours did!! Vape on!!
