New V4L Smoker having problems

Hello. My name is Derrick and about a week ago I received my V4L PV. At first glance I thought it was amazing. I have no urge to smoke analog ciggs. I feel better on a day to day basis. Everything was fine. However, within the first week my automatic battery started acting all screwy and not shutting off and burning up my cartos. I asked for a replacement shipped and was told I was going to have to pay shipping for a replacement. So I figured I might as well order some more stuff than pay shipping for something being sent to me for free. SO, I put an order in yesterday and request the replacement battery. Then I wake up this morning and my other battery is doing the same thing. So now I have nothing to smoke except the USB passthrough. Which is lame. If my order gets shipped before the put in the second battery I am going to have to pay shipping and handling 3 times for the same product. That is ridiculous. If my battery is going to break every other week, than I would prefer just smoking analog ciggs again. This has been a terrible and expensive process. Is anyone else out there experiencing problems like I am with their V4L products?

I haven't had any problems with them. It surprises me that they make you pay shipping on bad product however. I had a battery issue with another vendor and they sent a new battery with a return envelope for the defective one. They paid everything and i was very happy with their response. May want to post in the V4L sub forum see if they can sort the problem.

having two batts go out that way is very very rare, and i promise you they'll take care of you. i'm unfamiliar with the shipping issue, since i order pretty regularly so anything i've needed replaced i've had done on a subsequent order. but you should definitely, always always have several back up batteries, regardless of model.

I have had a couple of bad batteries (both autos) over the past four months and each one was replaced without question - and I never had to pay for shipping. In fact, I've never heard of anyone being asked to pay for shipping. How odd.

If you lost 2 autos that quickly, are you refilling or topping off?Maybe you got juice in them. Its very easy to ruin autos with refills,Ive never heard of V4L asking anyone to pay for shipping on replacements.I know lately they are asking some customers to mail back the defective parts, but most companies do that. They need to see whats going on so they can fix the issues.
