New to Posting, not new to vaping. V4L battery question.

I have been vaping for over 8 months, yeah. I am using the V4L manual x-long batteries. Have an V4L vapers noticed a difference in the reliability of the button mechanism in regards to which color of battery is used? It seems that I am having more problems with the red and bronze batteries than the others. I am interested in seeing if anyone else is seeing this. That way I will know what colors to order to ensure better performance. V4L has been great about replacing defective batteries, but I would like to avoid the hassle (for them and me!) of having batteries replaced. I would've posted this in the V4L forum but this is my first post. TIA.

I don't use the xl but I can't say I have noticed a difference. I have white, black and silver regular size.

I have 2 V4L batteries (XL) and I have had good luck with both for just over a week of pretty heavy use. I have an Ego on the way with a 900 battery so I shouldn't have to worry about running them out of power. I don't let them get too run down and usually have one always charging

Thank you for your responses. I have found that with some batteries the button can be faulty. You have to push a certain way to get it to connect, which is a little frustrating.
