I just wanted to post and thank V4L for their great customer service and really making my first purchase one that instills confidence.
I purchased my Ult Manual kit a few weeks ago and have to tell you that I have not had a analog cig since I started using my VK. What a difference this system makes. I have been smoking on an off for 23 years, and this is the first time I have ever been able to just drop them completely without any major issues. I know I am still getting the nicotine from vaping, but wow what a different it makes when you don't have all the other chemicals running through your veins. Gums and patches never worked for me, because i think it wasn't taking care of the other oral and textile fixations and habits you form from long time analog smoking.
I am just in awe of this product and V4L as a company, not only did my first order arrive in 1 day, but I got extras on both my orders. I know its small stuff in the grand scheme of business (as I own my own business to) but it really does show that extra step for your customers.
So thank you again and keep up the great service, I have recommended you guys already to other smoker friends of mine and I know I will be placing many more orders to come.
