Hello, :)

I need some help. I have Vapor King and Vaporello, but am having trouble with getting little or no vapor even when taking long, soft drags. Also, the Mar'boro carts are giving off a real bad taste and aftertaste. The Vaporello carts have much better flavor, but I'm still not getting good, consistant vapor even on new cart and batteries. I must be doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. I have tried topping off with Virginia Nobacco and it helps the taste, but still not good vapor and still some bad taste, probably leftover Mar'boro.

I had a smokeless delite that looked like a cig with virginia carts and the flavor was great, but they didn't produce the vapor I see others get from VK and DPV9. It also broke after a month, so it is no longer an option.

I have refilled both through the battery end and through the top, but still not much vapor. I got some Wilton glycerine and Lorann cherry flavor to try to increase vapor. First I tried to refill like with nobacco through battery end and also by taking off the top. Both times my juice just rolled out the opposite end and made a mess.

Next try was on a newer cart with the tops off. I took a syringe and drew out most of the cart liquid then refilled with the juice mix I made. Now I get some vapor but the flavor still is not great. Nothing like the vapor on the videos (without glycerin, but at least it is a decent amount).

I would really apreciate some ideas and advice on what to do. I want to start vaping all the time, but need to get these kinks worked out.

Also, I give a special, big thank you to Ed at Vaporello and wish him well with his new job and life. He's totally awesome. , but we lost one heck of a great supplier. Steve at Vapor4life is good :) and made up for an error, but Ed was Amazing:thumbs: He not only contacted me first and fixed a shipping problem before I even knew about it, he quickly helped me with some suggestions like the long, soft drag, and he had me deduct enough to buy another kit from Eastmall to make up for 2 batteries damaged in shipment and my vapor issues. :) I'd buy from him again in a minute, plus his cart flavors do not have the bad taste and after taste.

Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to also say thank you to Ed and Steve. Plus, help anyone that was wondering about the difference in carts.

Thanks again,

Gingerbread

I had the low vapor, bad taste when I first got my M401, it ended up being a bad atomizer.

You may have had a bad batch of carts and by refilling them with more juice (that was probably not needed to start with) made it worst.

I would try ordering another batch or carts. These carts (as mentioned before) are very finky because they are hand made. There will never be 2 carts alike. Some are great, some good, some ok and others that just suck.

Another thing that may be causing your vapor problem (again as mentioned before) is whether or not your carts are aligned with the holes on the battery, but if your drag is not to hard, then it's ok.

Last but not least are the batteries themselves. I think you probably did not charge them correctly when you first got them.

1. Let your batteries charge for a fuill 12 hours. Keep them charging even if the green light turns on.

2. After the 12 hours, start vaping non stop with them for about 30- 45 minutes each. Then charge them up again for another 4 hours even if the green light turns on.

3. Each charge from that point on should be for 4 hours. Yes even if the light turns green.

Your batteries should be good to go from that point on.

I personally believe that your carts at this point are shot. You should order more. Next time, try not to mix the flavors ex: tobacco flavor with carts that are originally menthol. That will kill the taste you're looking for.

As a vapor king owner, I have 20 carts that for a month now I have been refilling with no problems.

If your taste buds are telling you that your carts taste like they are burnt...that's because they are. Adding more juice will only cover the burnt taste for a while.

Remember, these carts are "disposables". They were not really made to be constantly refilled.

what part of that word do you not understand.......

these model cigs are
MADE TO BE DISPOSABLE

thats why they are called
Disposable - NOT Refillable.

if people insist on refilling them
it is at your own risk,
and judging from all your complaints,
you are not getting any joy from refilling them,
so why do it,
just so you can complain when it doesn't work.

The few who have succeeded in refilling a cart 1 or 2 times
will tell you that the secret is to top up....
before the cart is empty or dry,
and definately if you get burnt taste -
it is already too late to top up at all.

disposable to me means use it and chuck it,
thats why they are so cheap,
thats how I do mine, and I don't have any probs.

Thanks everyone for you help!

I have been making sure the battery holes line up and that has helped both vapor and flavor (Thanks, Doshma). I am also puffing on them for more times before giving up (Thanks, RobW) and the flavor and vapor has gotten better. I did not know these atomizers had to break in. Maybe I have a couple with either a bad atomizer (Thanks, Grizzly) or maybe a bad mix. I'm giving up on those and just keep trying new carts, at least I have several to try. Since I've only had my kits/carts a little over a week, I have plenty of new supply.

I did charge for 12 hours on some batteries. Used 1 from each kit right away, since I thought VK's came precharged. Will charge that one for 12 and 4 to see if it helps. I will also make sure to use right flavor for the cart if I decide to try refilling any and throw away my experiment carts. (Thanks, Blue Night Max) I also agree that there is some variation cart to cart. I wasn't expecting that, so I'm glad to know it.

DiKerry,

The problem I am having is on BRAND NEW CARTS with brand new kits and immediately when I use them. Disposable means tossing them after use but my problem is with brand new carts so I started trying to top up in order to be able to use them rather than throwing away $50 worth of carts that I could not stand. When that didn't seem to work, I posted on here for some help with a problem I couldn't solve on my own. I am not a complainer or a soap box preacher, just someone who appreciates good help and advice.

Thanks again to everyone for all the helpful ideas. I may be able to vape fulltime, now! Gingerbread
