The new website is coming along really well.

For those wondering how the new website is going to differ from the old one, including how the customer-empowering new system we've implemented where you name the price, please visit the new website and browse through the liquids, accessories, starter kits, etc.

The idea here with the you name the price mechanism for all hardware (starter kits and accessories) is that you pay what you believe the product is worth! Our profitability will soon be in your hands, leaving us more accountable than ever to provide the best damned customer service in the industry!

Love the new website! Slide bar works for the most part on my android but still hard to move up and down. Any plans on lowering shipping?

The whole shipping system will be changed, yes.

The base price of the hardware products will be determined on the costs of us getting the product to our warehouse.

We will be offering additional shipping options, including: USPS flat rate options, USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class, UPS Ground

We will be implementing a "Processing Fee." Now, I know this sounds bad, but it's what it costs us to perform transactions with our merchant processor. We're removing the costs we had tacked on to products, and thus the true price of shipping will be shown, including a decrease in cost for liquids and what would have otherwise been included in the base price of hardware. For example: a 30ml bottle of liquid currently costs $14.00. The new website will have 30ml bottles of liquid for $13.75. You will not be paying more than you otherwise would, you'll just have a more detailed itemization of costs.

As we will be basing our operation in NH come next month, there will be no sales tax obligations for anyone.

Warranties will now be optional, and available at a very reasonable price.

The maximum amount of bottles of liquid per order will be increased to 30, though we'll still take bulk orders over the phone.

The only constraints on liquid quantity will be for individual flavors, which will be 20 per order.

It would be nice to have your liquids categorized so you could see just tobacco or just fruit flavors etc. And not really website related but having individual 10ml or even 5ml bottles would be nice.

One pet-peeve of mine is trying to figure out how much the juice costs, especially when they have a menu with each flavor for us to choose something like 10ml, 20ml, or 30ml, but they don't tell you the price of each. There is one supplier whose system I love because as you choose your size bottle the price changes to match it.

You might want to enlarge the font of your categories on the left and bold out the Titles (E-liquids, Starter Kits, Accessories). Just make everything real readable. I commend you for not having a black background, I've literally had to shop elsewhere where black is used because I can't read comfortably at all on that dark of a background.

I'll come back and criticize you more as I think of more things. LOL

Done. I'll tell the programmer to make the text stand out a bit more, and to better distinguish between category titles and the products listed within said categories.

There isn't actually a base price on e-liquid, though.

Do you mean to say we should display the $7.25 price for all liquids, then just tack on an additional $6.50 for a 30ml from a drop down menu?

It would seem to me to be more intuitive just to show the price per bottle in the pull down, the extended total in the box, and delete the base price box altogether.

Yeah, I didn't even notice they had the "base price" box there on the liquids page. I asked the programmer to remove it. I also asked him to set the price box to include the total cost with quantity factored in.

Thanks! I think you have improved the liquid pricing layout.

One more suggestion. Would you consider offering a 60 ml option - at least on your better sellers?

If you offered Frisco in 60ml, That would be my preferred purchase option.

Standard Blend varies flavor to flavor. Most flavors are 40/60, some are 30/70, and most tobaccos are 50/50-ish.
