Thank you for your kind review, Michele.

Folks, in light of the recent FDA press release, let me assure you that none of our liquids contain Diethylene Glycol, nor do they contain Diacetyl. This was a bogus piece based on findings in ONE of 18 cartridges tested. SE was the manufacturer of the "contaminated" piece, though I'm sure it was a byproduct of the plastic or manufacturing system.

Regardless, all of our liquid is quality assured and is received to us with QC and SGS analysis reports.

For further questions, feel free to ask.

I bought a couple small bottles of liquid a couple weeks ago. This was my very first eliquid order. I was impressed with the quick turnaround (ordered on a Saturday night, received on Wednesday) and I like the glass bottles, even with the plastic thingy. I don't use it as a dropper, though, as I use a syringe and it works perfectly to put it in there and grab just enough without worrying about spillage. It makes me look like a mad scientist, too, which is cool! You can always pop them off and pitch them, and use a dropper in there, too.
I had previously ordered a few starter sets with blu and eventually sent them my kiss off email and even told them that in the future, I would place all my orders with VS, who apparently value their customers.
I got frost and newport, btw. They are both really good. Thanks VS! You will be hearing from me again real soon. I am obsessing over the new Stasis 901 and hope to have enough $ saved to buy one as soon as it's ready!

I just e-mailed Eric through the vaporstation website about my Versus510 order I placed through VS last night. Talk about wonderful customer service!!! ERIC RESPONDED IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES! I can't wait to receive my Versus and try it out as I am new to vaping. I will be a lifelong customer with this kind of customer service... After seeing the flavors and noticing "Rush" last night, even my non-smoking/prog-rock geek fiance loves VS. haha Thanks Eric!

I recently ordered some 501's and e-juice. After a prompy receipt ofmy order, I emailed VS with a question as how to dispense from their bottles. The dropper isn't attached to the cap and when trying to attach it I end up losing quite a bit of juice. How do these dripper/droppers work? I emailed Vs days ago but no response. Any help out there? it's probably simple but I can't figure it out:confused:

I'm not really sure I understand your issue completely, jlmanno, but I'll take a stab at it for you.

It could very well be you just have a defective dropper insert.

The dropper isn't supposed to be attached to the cap. The dropper insert (the clear, rubbery plastic piece with an air hole on the bottom and a central dripping hole) should be secured in the bottle. To use the bottle, you really just have to turn it upside down. If the bottle is somehow defective, which I guess is not at all impossible, just shoot me a Contact ticket on the website.

The bottles we chose to dispense Vapor Station liquids are about as safe as humanly possible. They drip incredibly slow, the bottles are childproofed, and the glass is very thick and hard to break.

If you find the bottles drip too slowly, as for me, they do indeed drip too slowly so what I do is grab either one of those really, really thin allen wrenches or one of the thinnest clothes hangers (straighten the hook) I have. I then shove it through the central hole of the dropper insert, holding the dropper insert in place so it doesn't come out. I'd recommend NOT widening the airhole on the side/bottom of the dropper insert. I will also forewarn you to always put the childproof cap back in place as widening the hole is a double-edge sword; if you put it in your pocket uncapped, it is prone to leak. I think once you widen the dropper insert dripping hole you'll be very pleased with the results.

Eric, Thanks for the reply. I was trying to drip at first out of the center hole. Then I figured that maybe the plastic part was supposed to be attached to the cap as it spun either opening or closing the bottle. I think I have it figerued out that it drips for the edge or at least thats what it is doing now. Either way I'm able to fill my cartridges.

I read else where on the forum complaints about shipping time. I was impressed that I received my order in 5 days. The tracking information was updated so I was suprised to receive my order when the status showed USPS "only receiving info"

I was extremely pleased with my hardware. The "peachy" juice is excellent!
My wife had me order the Newport which she claims is more minty than menthol. Any suggestions on flavor closer to an analog Newport?

As a new e-cig user, I am extremely content with my orders price and shipping time, will certainly recommend you to all the curious people that ask about my new cigs!

Oh, believe me. It's the most preferred. It's in the works. I'll keep you posted, my friend!

There are currently some talks right now between us and another huge distributor on something really big. I'm not going to get into it until we've reached an agreement, but I know it'll make a lot of Vapor Stationers very, very happy.
