I cant trust any kind of product that is supposed to have eggs or whatever in it (mayo ect) and doesn't require refrigeration until after you open it. Blech

Until they're over processed like they do here in the states, eggs don't NEED refrigeration. In Europe, they sell them off the shelf and you store them the same way.
