ETA: This is the charger. Is there an adapter that will let me plug it into a USB port to charge?

It's nice to see you here as we don't hang out on the Thag-Built forum any longer.

I don't think the item you want exists. That chunky AC plug is a transformer, designed to change the voltage from 110 AC to whatever your device requires (DC). No USB adapter would be able to power it.
