I met someone yesterday who also has Reactions to Alcohol, so no CHR either. But Plain VG is still good. It was all I knew for months.

What is CHR?

That is a side effect of VG. I get that too but it isn't terrible, Thank God. There are days tho that I just cant vape. Sometimes I just have to clear out.

Lori,

CHR is Cinnamon Red Hots. The Cinnamon in The Flavor Apprentice is extracted with Ethyl Alcohol, so it's PG-Free, and All Natural. I mix it in at 15%. It's still a little thick for a Carto, so my next batch, I'll add 5% Distilled Water as well.

WOW Ms. Yiddle I didn't know that I guess I'm lucky I usually do 50/50 but I have did straight vg before because I like the vapor but I don't seem to have any trouble no matter what combo I go with.

yep....I played around with a lot of different percentages in the mix when I was starting. If I go 50/50....I'm pushing it....so I guess it's a good thing I'm not allergic to pg....I would have to stop vaping if I were limited to vg.
