In computer terms... an avi is a file format used for videos.... not a short form for avatar which is the picture we use to represent our user account.
Thanks VG!! Sadly not a military pilot, i got 4f'd at the MEPS center due to knee operations(thanks lying recruiter). So i had to settle for a private pilots license, lol. Thats actually a painting too.

That's a temporary ava ( if we are going to abbreviate it ) for an inside sort of tongue in cheek joke with Chris... which you and the other SA's may be privy to already... The Spy-vs-Spy I had a while back was another... I'll probably switch back to my usual after playing around with it for a bit...

heh that confused me when I first got here too
ME TOO. But I figured it out in 1/2 a second.
Mostly because I've been saying it phonetically with the "i" like avitar, rather then av-ah-tar.
